国际*房产*移民展，展会涵盖四大主题：海外置业、海外移民、海外留学、海外投资。为期三天的展会将会有来自欧洲、北美洲、亚洲、澳洲、非洲等40多个国家和地区涉及海外置业、移民、投资、留学等多个领域的参展企业，集中展示高品质地产项目和投资移民服务。

❅展位收费标准:
A.标准展位：3*3=9m2      2800元人民币/m2    国外企业：520USD/m2 
（展位配置：一条KT板中英文楣板、洽谈圆桌一张、4把椅子；资料桌一个、椅子两把；地毯、220V
电源插座一个、射灯两只）。
B、特装展位：国内企业:2500元人民币/ m2，国外企业:480USD/m2（室内光地36m2 起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）； 
❅参展细则：
A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或扫描至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于5个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置，参展费用汇出后,请将银行汇款单传真至组织单位便于查收；主办单位收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定展位。展位费的余额于2022年6月8日前付清，欢迎一次性付清；否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。
B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。
C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”，双面开口展位加收20%费用；

❅ Exhibition overview:
The international * real estate * immigration exhibition covers four themes: overseas real estate, overseas migration, overseas study and overseas investment. The three-day exhibition will have exhibitors from more than 40 countries and regions in Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, Africa and other countries and regions involved in overseas real estate, immigration, investment, study abroad and other fields, focusing on high- real estate projects and investment immigration services.

❅ Booth charging standard:
A. Standard booth: 3 * 3=9m2 RMB 2800/m2 Foreign enterprises: 520USD/m2
(Booth configuration: one KT board in Chinese and English, one negotiation round table, four chairs; one information desk, two chairs; carpet, 220V
One power socket and two spotlights).
B. Special booth: domestic enterprises: 2500 yuan/m2, foreign enterprises: 480 USD/m2 (the indoor bare space starts from 36m2, and no configuration is provided. The exhibitors can arrange special decoration or entrust the organization unit to recommend booth construction companies);
❅ Exhibition rules:
A. Fill in the Exhibition Application Form, affix the official seal and mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; The exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the re of the payment notice to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance form to the organizer for checking; After receiving the deposit of booth fee, the organizer can confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitors. The balance of booth fee shall be paid before June 8, 2022. You are welcome to pay it in lump sum; Otherwise, the organizer will consider that it has given up participating in the exhibition, and the exhibitor will not return the exhibition fee if he/she withdraws halfway after registration.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes information about the transportation of exhibits, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and rental of goods. Exhibitors must fill in relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "first application, first remittance, first arrangement", and 20% additional fees will be charged for double sided booths;
